The rail bikes are cool, but it is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced for what we got…2.5 miles in, sit/hike for a bit and then back on the bikes. A little disheartening to see the train was a third of the price for basically the same thing. We only paid it cause we justified the cost because it was a new experience, but ultimately not worth it. Take the train, it’s cheaper and you can drink. You can’t on the bikes.

My mom came to visit from the Midwest and we didn't know what to expect with the Skunk Train, but it was off the rails! Totally fun experience combining the outstanding outdoors and the excitement of exercise! All of the staff was wonderful and I would do this trip again 100%.

My husband, my mother, my 6 year old twins and I enjoyed the Pudding Creek Sunk Train ride. Timewise, it was a good amount of time to engage my children. We enjoyed the stop at the half way point, where we could get off the train and explore. The train had a food car, plenty of seating and an open car where you could stand outside during the train ride. It was exciting for my children and pleasurable for us adults. We definitely plan on going back for more adventures on the Skunk Train!

An incredible experience for my partner and I for our 4th anniversary. This had been her first time, while I had done a couple of trips with my family at a younger age. Going back after nearly a decade, I was still struck with the beauty of the landscape, was soothed by the gentle rocking of the train going along the tracks, and was humbled by the kindness of the staff. Thank you again, Skunk Train! I hope to continue my family tradition with mine and my partners’ kids one day :)
