I think Laura did try to help as much as she can. But I would expect treating the situation a bit different. I tried anything I can to work on the rebate but every time I got a no. I think with a dipper checking we could have a better deal but still I am satisfied.

The amount of paperwork and details requested from me is much much more than I have had in any previous company I have worked with. Had the builder not given such a great break to work with this bank I would have worked with the bank I worked with in the past.

I felt the Team was Lazy and wanted me to do their job in finding info for things that was public information and has a bank have access to the info needed to complete my loan.

It was not a consistent process. I did not enjoy buying a home through this company. It was very stressful and tiring.

Don’t try to strong arm a client to go with this lender. I feel another lender would have made the process a little easier. I had to submit several of the same documents and I felt stressed out through this entire process. I was told different amounts to close and I felt lost as a first time homeowner because I didn’t know a lot of the language or what questions to ask. Overall, I was not satisfied with Bank South
