While it was generally a good experience working with Laura and her team, it was often difficult to get someone on her team on the phone right away. Often took a voicemail and a day or two of waiting for a call back. Most communications were through email, but email isn’t always conducive to first time buyers who may have tons of questions.

I was not able to contact Laura Brown. I always spoke with her assistant. He was very helpful but it was very impersonal. If you ae the person that I am dealing with and I have never spoken with you that makes me feel very pushed aside. I would not recommend any of my friends.

Outside of college expenses, this is the largest purchase I've ever made. I was assigned to Laura who at some point just stopped replying to my calls and emails. If I wanted to reach her I would have to contact someone else in her area. The last business day before I close I received a massive influx of calls to get documents in. I was left not knowing if I was cleared to close. No one told me. My Realtor had to call the receptionist because (Laura didn't reply) to verify I was cleared to close

Not much guidance for first time homebuyer and sometimes I felt that things started to move when I was on their back about certain steps in the process.

This was my first time in a home buying process. I don’t have much to use as a benchmark, but this process was relatively easy. I think a lot of that also had to do with my financial stability and my realtor keeping me timely in regards to correspondence. I do feel that if I had issues or questions, this team would’ve been easily accessible/responsive. Overall, I feel satisfied.

The process was very stressful different people were asking for the same information that was already given, the ending of the day of closing should never be this intense clarification on documentation that was at hand weeks ago should never have do much queries the day of closing, just saying it was highly stressful!!
