Bad That I checked out since December 20 and I am still waiting for my security deposit to arrive in my bank account. I would like to have my deposit of 150 US returned to me.
Read the reviews before booking. “Angel” however, treated us exceptional! 1. The rooms and the bathrooms are small opposed to what they advertise online. 2. The hotel is for gay couples and that’s all you see walking around the hotel and on the beach. We felt very uncomfortable as a result of not knowing that prior to booking. 3. The waitresses were very racist. If you are black they treat you as if you’re “broke” and undeserving of the same treatment and privileges as they would treat other cultures including their own. 4. ... read more

Would not recommend The music went on from 9am to 11pm - very loud in my room. I booked an ocean front room and could not believe the window did not open - no surf sounds. The area had no beach bars or restaurants. The beach was clean and pretty

Disappointing Elevator outdated, steep unfinished stairs. Room needed a lot of tlc bed was ok a/c was extremely noisy, bathroom nearly unusable. Right now the condition of my room did not justify the cost. That said the hotel is under renovation and hopefully these issues will be rectified. I really hope they make it, this hotel has the opportunity to be a really good place. Lobby was pretty nice as was the lounge/restaurant. The location can't be beat really nice.the staff at check in was great very nice and helpful.

Not worth the money to stay here Dishonest. Charged my card $150 stated it would be refunded after checkout and never was. Reached out multiple times with no response. Food menu that’s given daily has items that is only for specific days. Breakfast was disgusting. Rooms were small, no ventilation in bathroom floors was always wet after taking a shower in room and bathroom. Pictures listed are not the rooms.
