Wouldn’t go again There was no hot running water in one of those rooms with a window that wouldn’t close. When we spoke to the staff, we were put in a room that was so small I literally had to climb into the bathroom. The step was about over a foot high, and I literally had to jump into the room. Not safe. Where it was located

Great beach and staff, but very dirty room and washroom. The room and washroom were extremely dirty. They supposedly clean the rooms everyday, but all they did was do the bed and replace the towels. The beach was great and the staff were very nice.

Disappointing No hay estacionamiento, habitaciones muy pequeñas, en las fotos se ven diferentes, el piso de la habitacion estaba sucio, el agua de la ducha salia demasiado caliente, la seguridad no es muy buena y habia una persona muy borracha alborotando por los pasillos. Ubicacion y Personal muy bueno

Decepcionante; muy caro para un hotel de calidad limitada. No se puede regular el agua caliente, la ducha se convierte en un suplicio. No hay respeto al descanso, hay mucho ruido fuera y dentro del hotel desde muy temprano. La experiencia de playa también se arruina por una obras, se está construyendo un edificio al lado. El aseo de la habitación lo hacen a cualquier hora.
