Staff very friendly and helpful. Running water and wifi - not so much. Running water went out repeatedly for 3 or our 7 guests. Wifi did not work in the hotel rooms. Staff and location

Fair The Tryst canceled our reservations for 5 rooms we had booked 9 months earlier even though we had been charged for the rooms a week earlier. They had called us to confirm we were coming a few times. They told us there was a big festival in town. The morning we were coming, boarding the airplane we received an email saying they canceled our reservation. We tried calling them with no answer. We called booking.com with no help as well.
