Guess across from my room was louded!! The desk guy was only friendly if you spoke Spanish No room service, no continental coffee, muffins, snacks etc. Front service guy, when checking in was rude. Wasn't helpful with car service or information about P.R. There was NO BREAKFAST

Fue una estadía que le doy un 5 de 10. X el trato de no poder compartir fiestas de Halloween . Hubo una fiesta de halloween y había persona disfrazada como otros no. Le pregunto ala chica si podíamos estar y una mesa. Me dice no hay mesa pero si quiere sube arriba. Fuimos arriba piso de terraza y no habia nadieeeeeee. Sabe xq fue???? Xq mi pareja y yo que estamos en nuestra edad de 47 y yo n 55, parece que como eramos viejos para los de 20 y30 de edad . Por eso fue. There werent coffee makers or mirrors in the room. The room that were advertised looked nothing like the room they gave The windows are small and the lighting is bad. They charge a whooping 180 more just to add breakfast to your stay and they dont have coffee makers, mirrors or anytjinh of the like. Might as well be a glorified motel. Im very disappointed.
