Being given the runaround and excuses for parking by made first night a little frustrating.this hotel did not meet our e Being charged ($20 per day) for parking when there garage is under construction and not available. When speaking to front desk was told your paying for beachfront and a few other excuses. On top of charge for non existent parking we had to risk on street parking, extra charge ($20 a day )for off site lot parking. When I asked for customer service was given the run around. Overcharged & Unhappy Room was extremely tiny The rate we saw online wasn't the rate we were charged The bed stated full it was a twin & didn't sleep 2 ppl at all We couldn't get to the sink bc the space was so narrow and tight. No service on the room. Elevator only fit 2 No amenities other than happy hour at the bar which no one told us about. Location close to every thing especially bc we were walking everywhere. Jordan the bartender was the bomb & we appreciate him giving up some places to go.

Pésima experiencia, hotel caro y sucio! El hotel en general es sucio. El piso no limpian a pesar de estar al lado de una playa y se llena de arena. Los sillones del lobby están sucios. La habitación tenía cucarachas, el AC es ruidoso, el agua caliente es limitada y la ducha estaba tapada. El personal es poco amable, no resuelve los problemas, y da poca importancia a los requerimientos de los huéspedes. Tiene un basurero al frente de su ingreso. El hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación.
