minuscule rooms I never staid in such a small room. you have to jump over the bed to get into the minuscule bathroom if you have a large suitcase that will take all the available space in the room. location

Hotel location is great but the place wasn’t for me. Room was tiny. Not in the best shape. Window didn’t open. There is no common area to sit and relax. Sitting outside along the beach they made you buy something. Location was excellent right on the beach

Disappointing Very noisy, loud music until 12am, impossible to sleep. The air conditioner is noisy. There are no hangers in the closet. The bathroom is wet, the shower is constantly dripping and the cold water is missing. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great location.

Bad very disappointed. the same day I did the check in, something personal came up and I needed to check out and I spoke with the hotel and they told that I need to call Booking.com, because they couldn’t reimburse me, and then David C. was trying to help me and he spoke with the hotel and he told me that the hotel agreed to reimburse the money without penalty and they only had to email you guys with some details. and that’s why I decide to keep going with the check out, but now I’m receiving an email stating that unfortunat... read more
Servicio precario No pude dormir placenteramente. se escuchaba todo. El de “Front Desk” el 1 de enero, no quiso hablar español, “mi español no muy bueno”. Una semana antes de llegar llame para saber si había estacionamiento y cuando llego a las 4:00 PM, me dicen que no tenían estacionamiento y no me ofrecieron Valet Parking.
