Fair The room I booked was for a Queen bed & we got a Twin. The bathroom was very dirty & had mold on the ceiling & in the shower. Upon arrival, no one wanted to assist us with checkin in for over 30 min. I stepped Outside & was at the beach.

Not what you might think. Not enough parking for all guests. Rugs smell like cigarettes. Bathroom room with pubic hair. Shower so small you can’t swing your elbows. WiFi didn’t work while watching a movie. Drinks at the bar of poor quality and expensive. It’s a beachfront property.

Heartbroken First off why ask me if I want a ground floor room if you aren't going to accommodate me. The room decor was lovely, but the room was too small (like a NY apt.) . The closet wouldn't close because the frame around the door was broken, couldn't sleep because the water was constantly dripping, wouldn't turn off. My husband took a nap and woke up with multiple bumps from being bitten by something. The view was horribly horrific. I'd recommend finding a better hotel near by. Very outdated. While the restaurantis nice and so is the lobby, the room I was in was not up to standard. One wall light in the main room is not enough to light the bedroom. In the main room there was only one power outlet which has the fridgeand telephone plugged in, leaving me to use the only plug in the bathroom.
