Pleasant Noise from upper floors and the road is significant. Lobby has distracting TV noise. Room pricing incentivises late night arrivals into upper floors which disturbs early sleepers downstairs.

“VERY LOUSY FRONT OFFICE” Clerk waiting while there was no one behind us and asked questions about our service dog that were not appropriate. took 20 minutes just to check in with a booking.com confirmation. NEVER GOING BACK.

Okay Zimmer im Erdgeschoß in einem dunklen Eck wirkte unsympathisch und nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist in einer schönen Umgebung gelegen.

Ruined a weekend that started out nice. The person who checked us in took a long time cause kept making errors finally claimed he fixed errors come to find out later that evening that we were charged $750.00 for one night when we were suppose to pay $268.00. Then when we notified front desk the clerk was rude and said his computer system didn't show any additional charges other $268.00 but our bank records showed 3 seperate charges which were the errors made when we first checked in.
