Caveat Emptor!! Get a receipt!! They told me the receipt is in my email ... DON'T believe it!! I have never received my invoice receipt for my stay, after many phone call requests for it. At first she promised to send it, then after many requests over many days, she finally told me "it's not her problem." Then there are the over-charges (probably why they did not send the receipt); BEWARE!! It's a fun little trick of theirs, I expect, to try and generate some extra income. Ok for the price. Not great Older utilities. Wall heater Furnace, shower head leaked, low flow Close to downtown
Good We had a confirmed reservation for two nights, but when we arrived, Wilkie's said they didn't have our reservation. They eventually found it, and the informed us that they could not accommodate us for the second night. It really messed up our trip. We spent most of the next day trying to find a room, so we couldn't go whale watching or do anything else we'd planned to do. Booking.com found us a room for 3X the price in Monterey and another for 2X the price in Carmel. (We wanted to be in Pacific Grove.) it wasn't a good ... read more

Disappointing
Fair did not offer full breakfast, no coffee for coffee maker in room, walls not very sound proof. And they still use bedspreads and toss pillows on bed,yuk.
Good Could not run refrigerator and microwave at same time without breaker going off. Same thing if you wanted to watch tv. Too many things on one circuit. Room 107. Location, low noise, considering area good price. N
