A room with a view The bed was uncomfortable. I'm not really sure why but we both woke up sore. There was a view of the ocean from our window.
Not friendly, far from Monterey centre. The staff was'nt friendly. Not a lot of space to sit for breakfast, we had to wait a long time. The staff wasn't friendly. We asked to stay for an other night for the same price, but it wasn't possible, still they had rooms ... The room was ok.
Pleasant The advertised free breakfast was minimal. Cereal, rolls, toast, no eggs, sausage, bacon etc. facility was not even open second morning.
Pleasant Drew who checked us in, never smiled or made us feel welcome. The bed in our room was HARD! Location and cleanliness.
Good sleep, average breakfast, no wifi Pole breakfast, no Eggs and cheese. And wifi wasnt working In My Room at all. Disappointing for such a expensice restaurant Nice comfy bed and Room, excellen bathroom

Very Good No cream cheese for bagels and no meat of any sort Location and they let my great uncles service dog stay despite no dog policy
Fair We made a three day reservation. Personal matters required that we could stay by one day. Brett this matters required that we cut our stay by one day. This is brought to their attention at noon of day 2. They were unwilling to refund our third day even when being requested to do so by your corporate staff in customer service. A formal complaint has been filed.
Fair Unfriendly and not helpful staff. Facilities are not well equipped (no public bathroom).
