Live in the woods in fairlawn since January 2023. Had some issues at first but they did end up handling it. New property manager, Michelle, came in and hired new maintenance chief, Nick and they’ve definitely made improvements since then! Cleaned up laundry rooms, replacing concrete and overall clean up. I’m looking forward to additional improvements! Would love to recycling, community garden spaces and better walkway lighting but am definitely happy with recent improvements!

The stove in the apartment is currently an old one, the oven knob is broken so I can't use the oven or broiler. I believe the young that worked on it did his best. I also had to have my mailbox fixed, I also feel that the mailboxes are old and need to be more like the ones in the leasing office. I also think the tenants in the 1st floor apartments should make sure the area is clean and orderly. It's the first area that visitors see when they enter our residence.
