Great service by Eli, food was great. Thought it strange that no bread was offered in an Italian location, but was tired and didn’t ask either. Appetizer; shrimp and calimari was okay. Ravioli and lobster wrapped in spinach were good but portion size was a bit smaller than expected. Overall good, I would consider going again.

Business response:

Thank you very much for your kind words. Eli is a very genuine person. We will celebrate him with the staff. Cheers!

Companions had the ziti which looked delicious and they enjoyed it. I split the lasagna pinsa with another companion. It was so-so. Two of us ordered the Italian Margarita. It had pineapple liqueur in it which supposedly made it sweeter. It was extremely sour. Our waiter removed it from our bill and replaced with a glass of wine.

Business response:

Thanks Linda for your review. We obviously didnt meet our high quality standards. We hope you will give us another chance to earn those 5 stars.

Flavor was good but sauce on my pasta was very watery. My husbands pizza was not cut and made it difficult to eat. Our server was amazing though.

We had the Meatball appetizer, which was delicious and the Shaved Brussels Sprout Ceasar Salad with Fried Shrimp. This Caesar Salad is amazing and is my husbands new favorite and go to salad at Theos.

Business response:

Thank you for your review and your 5 stars! Hope to see you again soon!

We had a great waitress who was very attentive almost too much so but not enough to be a pest. The food was excellent. I had a chicken soup that was just as good as the Chicken Velvet Soup that Ayres Tea Room used to sell!

Business response:

Thank you for the kind words about your waitress and food. Hope you return soon!

The food was delicious! The only thing that took a little away was the noise level and a little slow on service. But over all it was very good!

Business response:

Thanks Delia for the review. We apologize for the slower service and we look forward to earning your 5 stars on your next visit. Thank you!

Not what I was expecting from a Cunningham restaurant. Food was “ok” but not the Italian food I was expecting. Prices were reasonable but did get charged for a small square of focaccia bread while bread is “free” in other Cunningham locations. I guess I was expecting more after our server spilled a beer on my wife, maybe a “comp” drink for her ? In fact, the original bill had the spilled beer on it but was taken off after I pointed it out to the server. Overall, not a great first visit.

Business response:

Thank you Mike for your review. We apologize for the incident that happened and we hope we get a chance to make it right and earn your 5 stars. We would like to discuss what we could do to make this right for you. Please call the store directly and ask to speak to anyone in management. Thank you.
