Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. Not good product
I had a difficult time completing the online order. I was trying to pay with my Amazon account and it just kept telling me that I was missing my billing name however there was no spot to enter my billing name. I ended up needing to start over.
I bought a kit from which I only received a part. I contacted support and was told that the missing items would be sent "right away". Several days later - after some mail exchange - they told me that the items had been sent, with no indication of a tracking number. In a later mail they told me that the items were not available (!?) After more than one month of the original purchase I had not received the missing items, yet I was told that my "ticket" had been closed, and that I should solve the problem by phone. The sizing chart for the Yaktrax..was wrong..so I first ordered the Small which did NOT fit..( will give it to someone with smaller feet) ..I then ordered the Medium - NOT the size recommended by the sizing chart for my size shoe, But the size that FIT!- and I will keep those... Very disappointed in the misleading or just plain WRONG sizing chart for this item t your store!
this was the worst online purchase ive ever done. I started asking the warming store in february for a replacement. i sent pictures, descriptions, more emails and heard nothing back for two weeks. terrible customer service. I'm going to facebook and google reviews next
Open box when I received the item. Emails sent. Nothing has been done to fix problem. You can keep my money and I will write reviews for others. This has taken way to long to resolve.
Receive previously returned items. Had note in them from a previous purchaser that stated the product did not function properly, and I found that to also be the case. I had to pay the return postage as they did not include a return label. I returned them for refund as turnaround for new items would have been too long for my planed use of them this year.
My biggest disappointment with the warming store, is the lack of communication about items that are either back ordered or no longer in stock. I probably will not order from this website again. Had i not called to inquire on the where about of my order, i would of never been informed that the back order item was not going to be in stock until November 2018. I ordered the missing item on amazon, and i'm upset that i waited so long needlessly.
The Warming Store uses dishonest selling practices. I ordered three items on Dec 09, 2017. Two items arrived in a timely manner, the last item arrived today, 1 March, 2018. The backordered item was listed as "in stock" on their web site the entire time my item was on backorder, even after I notified them of that fact.
