I paid $16.00 extra for the order to be sent 2day UPS. I didn't get it for a week. I tried to contact the store several times by email. They never answered my emails. There was nothing in the box to tell us about the gloves we ordered. There are colored lights on the gloves. We have no idea what they mean. The website is hard to navigate. I was offered a discount and told me to check my inbox but didn't say which inbox. Never received the discount. Not happy about that!!!
I had a bad battery nd had to send back. Really disappointed that I could not get a battery sent. Had to send back for exchange. Went to Michigan without my new gloves. Service rep was not very helpful. Had a set of rules and would bend to make me happy.
Have gone through 3 sets of battery pack and none last as long as advertised. Promoted as 3 hours at high. Only lasted 1 hour.
Can you tell me how to do a return? The gloves are one size fits all. They are too small and were not really what we expected.
My last order was placed on 12/12/2017. I was sent emails that it was on backorder and there was a wait multiple times. Finally, they took the transaction off of my card and I am still out a Christmas gift. Hopefully, this purchase will arrive with no issues and I will be able to redo this survey.
It was disappointing that the wrong jacket was sent to me. However, Customer Service was courteous and prompt. There is a slight concern that my problem was not understood as I had to send several follow-up emails to clarify the issue. I just returned the wrong jacket, and hope to receive the correct one soon. Thank you very much.
