Thought this would be a nice place for my fiancé’s birthday celebration. When we arrived, they did not have a table ready for us, no big deal, even though we did have a reservation. About ten minutes later, they offered to seat us in the bar area, which I politely declined and asked how much longer it would be for the dining area. Food was terrible and it took forever to come out
I have been going to thom thoms for many years. Tonight they had one waiter on staff. The poor guy was all over the place. The food was mediocre. What happened??? Don’t think I will be returning. Very disappointed.
My wife ordered prime rib medium rare-came out week done. Another steak was provided, but it was a strip steak,not prime rib. My duck was average. Overall we were disappointed. Food was overpriced.

This was a dinner to celebrate our daughter's 17th birthday. We had a reservation for 7:15 and ended up being seated at 8:00. The host was unsure of what was going on, had no true understanding of how to seat people or ask for help. It looked like the owners were working very hard but the communication breakdown was noticeable. The food wasn’t bad. But for the price it could’ve been better. The first drink I order was a lychee martini and the glass was full of lipstick all around. Not a good look for such a expensive place
My GF and I arrived to our Valentine’s dinner with a hostess that had no business being employed. About 20 of us were packed in the waiting area next to the entrance waiting like sardines without any clear communication of which reservation is next. She never even asked for a name. Somehow we were seated, and when our food came it was over cooked. A nice well done filet minion. Awful.
Set a reservation for 8 didn’t get in until 8:30 took an hour to get our food and then the food made me sick.
