Unfortunately, we came for Valentines day dinner and was disappointed. Very crowded, tables on top of each other and definitely short staffed. The food was just ok. We have been to Thom Thom previously and always enjoyed our dinner. The staff was overworked and we felt rushed. We had to ask 4 times for bread and my husbands dessert was taken away before he finished. I definitely won't go back on a holiday!
In short food was amazing service was absolutely horrible. The server was busy watching the football game instead of actually attending us. The other Latino waiter was actually tending to his guests gave them a rose for Valentine’s Day, but the white gentlemen who was serving us was literally running away from us to the point we had to ask the other waiter and bus boy for help. This is the iHop of Steakhouses. That is not a diss, but just an accurate assessment of my experience here. Pork Tacos were good.
The crowd in there was LOUD and the ceiling was leaking on me and we only saw our waiter 2 times.
Service was terrible. Were seated for almost 40 minutes before waiter took our dinner order and waiter showed no remorse
Did not receive the steak that I ordered and it turned out to be the worst steak I ever had! There was only one waiter in the dining room and he did a great job!
The waiter we had was overwhelmed with large parties and we were just 2 so we were ‘lost in the crowd’. We were greeted pretty quickly but waited about 25 mins for our drinks. The food was good as usual but overall not the service we’re used to there.
Waiter, I think Carlos, was brutal. Wait staff brought out the incorrect item for my entree. When I told them it was wrong they asked if I was sure! Pretty sure I remember what I ordered. Carlos then came over and apologized and said he hit the wrong button and my salmon would be out in 5 minutes. 15 Minutes later it came out. I have been to Thom Thom many times and this was the worst experience. I had a reservation for my birthday and was seated in the loud bar area where it was freezing cold. I asked numerous times for the heat to be turned up but that never happened. We had the front bar table next to the door that opens to the outside. I expected when we ordered dessert it would come with a birthday candle and maybe a song. The food was fair but overall the experience was not good.
