This restaurant clearly does not read any of the special notes included in the on-line reservation form. This has happened twice to me. I don't want to complain in front of the people I am with but if you are taking the time to make a request or inform them of a special occasion they should pay attention to that detail and make your dining experience as special as it could be.

Ithis is the 4th time I've eaten here. It just amazes me how the owner or management. Could be so ignorenat as to the extremely poor service their store provides. The food is very good and the sushi excellant. They need professional waiters and waitress. And put someone at hostess who's qualified not cheap labor or family. Fix your service issues and you have a gold mine.

we had a reservation for 6,when we arrived they wanted to sit us by the bar. I refuse,then they sat us all the way in the back in a corner. The price is to much for the amount of food that you get, Also the were bringing the plates one at a time. Instead of bringing a trade with all the plates. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the dessert.

I made reservations for 7:00 on a Saturday night as it was my cousin's birthday and thought that Thom Thom would be a great place to celebrate. We got there at 7 and the only table they had available was in the bar, unacceptable. Then they said they had a party that was ending soon but we would have to wait another 30+ minutes before we could sit and the bar was too crowded to wait. It was extremely noisy and to tell you the truth, I'm glad we didn't stay. Found another local restaurant and had a great dinner.

Service was bad, waiter took for ever to take our order. We sat with 2 small children for 25 mins before we a waiter came and asked us drinks and take our order. once we order it took another 25 mins for the food to come out...no one came around with bread. drinks took forever...and the food was average, nothing speacial..I will not return.

The food was very good, but there were two things that were not good. The first was our reservation through open table was for 7:45, that day I got a call from the restaurant asking us to change our time. They had overbooked that slot and wanted to move us by a half hr, this was not acceptable, the other was an issue with the service. One of our salads did not get served with the others and we had to ask the wait staff to get it. Next was one of the main courses was never put into the kitchen. I have to admit, the food was quite delicious. But the service & chaotic atmosphere was terrible. We had a 9:15 reservation, arrived at 9:00 figuring we would have a drink before being seated. At 9:20, we still were not served by the bartender. We had asked her for service repeatedly, but she kept serving others instead. We were told when we came in that the table would be ready for our 9:15 reservation. But we were still waiting at 9:45. The quality of both food and service are very inconsistent . This time service was good and food was poor. Food was cold portions were skimpy Diver scallops looked liked bay scallops and lamb shank was looking more like the leg and not the shank.

The Kung Pow peanut calamari was excellent. Unfortunately that was all. The steaks and other dishes we had we lacking
