I had a steak here and it was super salty! I was so disappointed. The meat definitely did not taste like prime meat. I would say food is equivalent to a Fridays. So why spend more money?

second time there. i won't wait for strike three. not good. too many other good restaurants around not to waste my money. they had a 'surf and turf special'. lobster tail was a joke. over cooked, small, and tough. streak was mealy. meaning its not tough, but not either over aged or over tenderized and the meat starts to lose its natural texture and flavor. and the steak came smothered in cheese which was not described on the menu. service was fair at best. had to ask twice for steak sauce and it came so late, i had 2 bites l... read more

We have been to thom thom many times. This time however was not a great experience. It seemed that they were overwhelmed with restaurant week. Although the waiter was friendly the food did not come out of the kitchen on time and the dinners were not the right temperature. The waiter tried to make it up by comping the coffee but unfortunately it was to little to late. G

My review is colored by the fact that the dining room was entertaining a private party so we had to sit in the bar area and the overall noise level was too high. Due to the large number of patrons that day, waiter service was a bit slow. One of the appetizers we ordered (baked clams) was not available; so too, one of the desserts (apple crisp). I will go again because the food was good and I expect my next visit to be a better experience.

My wife and I went to Thom Thom on a thursday night during restaurant week. BIG mistake. The place was not prepared to serve the amount of people that showed up. The wait staff was slow and not present most of the time. WE recieved our appetiser 45 minutes after being seated and our main course 45 minutes later The steak and chicken dishes were both dry as if they had been seating under a hot lamp for 30 minutes. Our waitress was innatentive and oblivious to our needs. THis will be BYE BYE for Thom Thom for us.

This Thom Thom restaurant was listed as one of several restaurants that accepted the Singh Gift Card. We had received a $ 200 Singh Gift Card, two weeks prior, which Thom Thom stated it no longer was accepting since it was under new management. After we protested, the Owner stated that he would accept the entire $ 200 gift card for our $ 110 bill and could not give us change back. Ridicules! We'll never go back!

From the slow service to the cold food we were very disappointed with our over all experence. Since moving here a few years ago we have heard nothing but good things about Thom Thom but after too many things happening during one meal im sorry to say I will being going else where for a night out.

This was my first time here.2 ladies greeted me- they were nice. I advised them of my reservation and one of them told me she'd seat us but then shortly after was distracted by another guest who started talking to the owner? ( assume it was the owner. He walked around to all the tables -except ours). So yea we had to wait an extra 3-5 minutes by the door because she wanted to listen in.
