My father was under the care of Three Oaks for 15 months before passing. Nurse Karen went above and beyond in tending to his every need. She truly is an exceptional lady that happens to be a knowledgeable and compassionate nurse. My Dad adored her! When it's my time to go, I hope there's a Nurse Karen at my side.

Three Oaks Hopsice took exceptional care of our mom during the last nine weeks of her life. The staff was wonderful, treating mom with dignity and respect. My mother's death process was not what I was emotionally, mentally, or physically prepared for. As my mom's health had declined, I had actually joined some Facebook support groups, and I was terrified because so many complained about the lack of support from their hospice providers. The absolute best decision I made for my dad. They loved my dad and cared for him in ways that I wasn’t able to. And they did it to the most humble and professional manner. My Dad loved them, and they loved him. Highly recommend Three Oaks.

There were some scheduling issues at the very beginning, likely attributable to starting during the weekend. Once we got past that, the process was excellent. The on-site staff was very capable, informative, professional and caring. Kudos to Sandra, Stewart and Leslie, and to Brad for his guidance in arranging the process initially. On the rare occasions when we required remote assistance, the response was equally professional.

Cheyenne, Ricky, Monica and Susanne are a excellent team. They have gone overboard in assistaning me with my 92 year old mother and my 72 year old brother. I live in Los Angeles CA and whenever I need either one of them they are a phone call away. Your company of employees have made me so thankful and greatfjul. Keep doing what you do best. Dennis Brown
