Excellent work ethic very understanding to my family member
I am so grateful to the care given to my parents. I used three oaks hospice when my father passed away and knew they would be my go to when my mother time would come. Everyone we came into contact, was so understanding and professional. Not only did my mother have the best care, but they helped me through the process. Leah was so patient and compassionate when working with us for Hospice needs for my mother in law. I just wanted to say thank you for all of the support and care that you provided. Three Oaks Hospice was retained to help care for our mother, Patricia Jones. They provided the BEST CARE in every way! From the very beginning to the end of her life, we were given the most professional, sensitive, caring, empathetic, etc care. My family is so appreciative of the care our mother gets from 3 Oaks Hospice. Every individual who helps mom truly cares for her wellbeing. The time spent with mom is quality time. The nurses at Three Oaks help make a difficult time manageable. They are kind, professional, and have excellent communication skills. If you are looking for hospice care for a loved one, they will be in very good hands with Three Oaks. Highly recommended.
Doing good Had a little problem but got resolved
My 97 year old uncle has been under the care of Three Oaks Hospice for about nine months and I have been very pleased with the attention and care they give him. They visit him at least twice every week at the facility he lives at and give me an update every time even if it’s to say he’s doing well and no major changes. When he’s had issues they address them in a timely manner. I have peace of mind knowing that Three Oaks is taking care of my uncle.
