Our experience with Three Oaks Hospice has been very good. The caregiver that visits with my father does a good job of identifying any issues or needs that he has. We do not always receive regular communications, but when we do they are thorough and accurate.
We have been using Three Oaks Hospice for close to a year now. It started out with my brother-in-law and now continues with my sister. Lourdes Cepero is a CNA Hospice Aide who is AMAZING at her job. She is SO caring, kind and professional. My sister lights up when she sees Lourdes. She feels like Lourdes is family. We all feel the same way. Terri is so comfortable and at ease with Lourdes. If you choose to use Three Oaks Hospice you will be pleased with the care and compassion your family member will receive. Donna

Very attentive to my loved one’s needs and care. Patti is terrific. She calls with updates when needed. When there is an emergency they come right away when notified by the AL.

My Hospice team makes me KNOW I am not alone on this journey. We are one team and our focus is to get my husband the best care possible. I've never felt so taken care of. I love these ladies.
The nurses are much more than I ever expected them to be. Tracey Jimmerson , my mom's nurse & Mrs. Claire,, my mom's Hospice Aide helper. Anytime I have any questions, Mrs.Jimmerson always takes my calls. She keeps me updated with each visit.
