Initiation of all services was so quick! We had an experience with a different hospice provider for my other parent and this was not the case unfortunately. Thank you Three Oaks—we are grateful!

I appreciate the care that my mother's nurse, Jessica, provides for her. The amount of time she spends with her, the gentle manner in which she assesses her, as well as her communication with her are commendable. In order to ensure that she receives her medications and supplies on time, she orders them in a timely manner. Three Oaks Hospice Community Liaison Bradley Graving was nothing less than amazing. My father-in-law was in a private care facility and Three Oaks Hospice provided his nursing care. They helped in every way possible. Beyond amazing. Certainly exceeded our expectations; which after a nursing home facility were met with raised eyebrows.
