Overall, I find the service acceptable. My only complaint would be that sometimes they don’t pay attention to the amount of incontinence items that are mailed, and I have to sometimes ask them to pause so we don’t have a lot of excess stuff in his room. The only other thing is that sometimes when I ask either the nurse or well it’s usually when I ask the nurse to track down some information or find out some information for me. Three Oaks Hospice was a blessing in our time of need. From the minute I was contacted by Isaac to go over the services offered to my mother's passing we were treated with the utmost respect, compassion and empathy. Three Oaks Hospice was there every step of the way. They thought of things such as having a priest visit mom for the anointing of the sick and viaticum. Liz our nurse is amazing and our CNA Caily (sp) was very professional and kind . Karen the social worker and Julie the Chaplain were very available, kind and generous with their time . The support provided was priceless and the time we needed to call 24 hr line could not have been more efficient, helpful and supportive. The only issue I would have is with the pharmacy you have to use. They only delivered with in the day once, nurses having to spend a lot of time tracking down medications, in my opinion.
