Everyone was so kind and caring for my mother. I received phone calls when necessary for any concern. My mother was well cared for in every way.

All of the Three Oaks Hospice people we dealt with were very helpful, courteous and treated us and our loved one with great care and compassion. This included the CNA attendant who did the bathing, the RN who checked on us, the after hours nursing staff, the Social worker and Chaplain who made regular visits, and even those who answered the main phone number and referred our requests to the proper person. All were ready to help and much appreciated.

Our nurse, DeeDee, is wonderful and very thorough. Jaiden, our aide, is so kind, gives us the correct amount of supplies and takes good care of Carl, my husband. Betty Bryant, our nurse before we moved, sends us words of encouragement and Bible scriptures that give us hope and joy. I look forward to reading her texts every day! We are very pleased with Three Oaks Hospice and the employees. ❤️

The blessing of Three Oaks will be forever remembered and eternally grateful. There was never a request or need for Cleve's care that wasn't provided. The excellent RN, Chaplin, counselor, social worker, CNA, administration all staff that came in contact with Cleve soon became family. The concern for me was provided, as well.
