Communication is lacking, I've had to call the main office several times for someone to communicate with me on the progress of my family member. They are very helpful once I get someone to contact me.

They have not hesitate to call and texted to keep us up to date and have provided their experienced recommendations. It has been a comfort knowing Mom has been well looked after. Brianna and Chelsea, Yolanda's RN's and Amanda her nurse aide have always treated her like part of the family. They take exceptional care of her and always make her smile or laugh. I have no complaints whatsoever.
