The blessing of Three Oaks will be forever remembered and eternally grateful. There was never a request or need for Cleve's care that wasn't provided. The excellent RN, Chaplin, counselor, social worker, CNA, administration all staff that came in contact with Cleve soon became family. The concern for me was provided, as well. I am eternally grateful for Three Oaks Hospice. God's blessing on your organization. Forever thankful, Jan Pugh🙏🏼

Our nurse, Teresa, is exemplary in every way! She is always dependable and communicative; and goes above board to see to our needs! Amad takes care of any nursing needs, supplying and organizing his prescriptions, doing vitals, and appraising Richard’s physical state. Thanks to all who are responsible for this wonderful service!!

Everyone was so helpful from the first meeting and all the way through my dad’s disease and the end. We loved Shanna, her care and expertise was just unbelievable. She gave us tips on how to do things with my dad that we never would have thought about.

I cannot give enough raves for Three Oaks Hospice!! My Mom was in their care for approximately 2 years.. As a caregiver Cristina was an Angel! She kept my mom clean, hair washed, a touch of lipstick- Momma was always beautiful when Cristina was finished….Cristina loved my Mom! Nicole- Momma’s nurse was absolutely amazing! Nicole was so sensitive to Momma’s normalcy. If something was off, Nicole always checked for UTI and nipped it in the bud….and Nicole knew how to manage pain when my mom’s hydal hernia acted up.
