Three Oaks was such a blessing to trust with the care of my Mom for the last year or so of her life, and the love and support they shared with her brought her so much joy and comfort during this hard and transitional time. From the intake process with Ashleigh, and the above-and-beyond care she received from Cristina and Lorrie, as well as Dave the Chaplin and Ally the social worker, Three Oaks became family. Three Oaks Hospice was professional, compassionate, and attended to my husband's medical needs in a caring manner. From the initial interview to every nurse and nurses aid who attended to my husband's needs. I truly miss Bree the social worker who made a speedy transfer after 2 months of inpatient hospice when I was totally exhausted and got sick, the amazing nurses were compassionate in every interaction with Larry. Three Oaks Hospice was there for me (and my family) from the first contact about my mom. They assisted with getting her home and gently walked me through the hospice process. They were present when she came home and when she left this earth. The nurse stayed with my mom's body until the funeral home picked it up. I have also continued to get letters from Three Oaks concerning how I am doing and supplying me with information about grief counseling. We were so greatful for Lourdes Cepero/CNA showing us Three Oaks. The staff was was wonderful Lisa Saviano and Christine Taylor made sure my dad got the best care possible.
