Three Oaks Hospice staff are trying to understand my expectations for the care of my 90-year-old mother and report back to me on every visit they make to her which they have indicated is three times per week if they do that I will be very appreciative and if I miss their call when reporting back, please leave a message.

My husband has been receiving hospice care for a little over 3 months and we both could not be more thankful for the team of professionals that is helping us. We receive professional and timely care from nursing, the DME supplier, CNA care, and pharmacy deliveries. We appreciate the compassionate and experienced nurses, and the coordination of care from the physician through the whole team.
