Great staff and consistent. They helped me with my Mom during a very critical time when I had to change providers. Very responsive and great initiation into the program.
Three Oaks Hospice and Perry Santana are a blessing! I was in the nursing home with no where to go and he found me a wonderful place to live. Perry and his staff are very caring and understanding. I feel so blessed to have them to care for me and be with me on my journey.
My mom continues to receive amazing care from the Three Oaks team. Each member of the team is completely invested in her overall wellbeing. Everyone who visits mom communicates with us that day about their visit with mom. The Three Oaks team cares not only about the patient, but their family as well. Our family could not have made a better decision for our mom when it comes to her hospice care.
