I brought my husky yesterday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog gets anxious which made me nervous bringing him in but everyone here was so welcome and they explained everything clearly and they were very affordable. I will definitely be back, thank you so much for helping my furry friend.
I have been going to this location for a while now and have remained satisfied and joyed to be a customer of Thrive. My pet was injured while I was on vacation and I had to take him to the local pet ER (Village Vets) and was appalled by how poorly they handled my dog’s condition. Greeting was great ! Prices affordable !! Vet techs , Manager , Doctors , Ambiance were all superb !!! Speed of visit was speedy too !!!! Bonus points for my fur child instantly running to our vet tech (Katie) and sitting on her feet. Katie was very helpful and reassuring in my visit. My appointment was on Saturday so they sent a appointment text on Friday at 1pm saying I needed to confirm my appointment by 3pm or it would be automatically cancelled. Usually businesses send confirmation text earlier in the week. I thought this was VERY unprofessional and I work so to probably not been able to respond in a timely manner for them would have been upsetting.
