Dr Bradford and Amanda are both amazing. I brought my cat in for a consultation to see if her teeth had issues and require cleaning / surgery, and they took great care of her. She ended up having to have 1 tooth extracted, but all the pricing was clear and communicated upfront with detailed breakdown that i can submit to insurance in advance for a pre authorization. Cat is healing very well, and dr bradford made sure to call me and keep me updated, and answered any questions i had.
Dr. Bradford is amazing and her work is on point, fast and exceptional. She worked with my dog and took very good care for her on several occasions. I would recommend her and this location to anyone. Great service. Very satisfied. My dog is happy too.

Our CockaPoo has been dealing with fleas for a couple of weeks now. In addition to constantly bathing him and giving him over the counter meds, he needed to be seen by a Vet. Yesterday, I called and called several veterinarian offices trying to get an appointment. Luckily, one of the Vet offices asked if I called Thrive. I told her I had never heard of Thrive. Dr. Often and his staff are absolutely amazing. They're fast, and provide reliable and trustworthy care. They helped me out as my five week old baby/puppy is not doing too well. Will be back in two weeks. Thank you for the five star experience.
Finally found an awesome vet. I took my two doggies after being disappointed with 3 other vets here. They were thoroughly examined and excellent information was provided to me in a professionally manner. They were on time, did not feel rushed, followed up with needed information and referrals, pricing was reasonable and I felt my fur babies were in good hands. Thank you and we will be back again
Brought my dog in and I know the exact reason and outcome to her issue and was waiting to see how honest they would be and no up selling for profit. Extremely happy to say, they were spot on and very honest. I really appreciate this as that is a huge thing for me. This is definitely going to be my vet from here on out. The nurse was really nice and the Dr. was obviously knowledgeable and has a wonderful accent that I could listen to all day long! I called three different vets to try to find a clinic that was open late and for emergencies, this was the first office to ask, "What's wrong?" The others immediately launched into how they couldn't help. Which, if that's your deal, fine, but I didn't realize how much I appreciated someone just asking me what was wrong with my dog until they asked. Monday was my first time in the clinic. I drove from Fayetteville Georgia. I am absolutely amazed at the level of customer servi that I was given. The office mana walked me through the dirr toons to the clinic. The medical assistants and staff were very professional. And the cost was reasonable. I will be making the one hour trip for my Princess going forward. it is worth it for me.
Overall, I'm happy with my first experience at Thrive in Decatur. I wanted to get a second opinion from my regular vet about a physical issue with my dog and I also wanted to get her heartworm and flea preventatives renewed. My appointment was easy to set up online as a new client and I was shocked that they had visits available the next day, definitely a plus.
