Great experience at Thrive. My 12 year old lab K.C. had his dental exam, cleaning and polishing there. The care he received at Thrive was top notch, Dr. Vasudevan communicated with me, the nervous mom, all along the way, from exam to follow-up texts after he was home.

Thrive is awesome!!! Cody the tech was very friendly and reassuring!!! Dr V (Nita Vasudevan) as equally awesome!!! Of course in this season I we unable to accompany my little girl into the office but reassured by Cody as she took her into the office that they would take very good care of Boots! Dr V. was very thorough and did not make me feel as though she was trying to get to the next patient. This was Boots and my first visit to Thrive. Dr V. and Cody are Boots's new vet family!!! Thank you Thrive

Took by semi feral cat to Thrive Affordable Vet Care yesterday. I fully explained my cat did not let me hold her and that they should expect trouble. She has been with me about 10 years and only been to a vet when first trapped about 10 years ago. I was nervous about even getting her in a cage, nervous she would be to combative to handle, etc. THRIVE took her back and called and told me (since due to COVID I could not go in) that my cat had done extremely well and they were even able to trim her nails. My dog, Otis, received excellent care from Dr. Vasudevan at Thrive, Decatur. He had a thorough wellness exam, Bordatella vaccine, and Heartworm test. I really appreciate that the cost was considerably less than my previous vet. Dr. Vasudevan and staff were very friendly and efficient. All the recommended cdc safety precautions were in place . Excellent communication with staff and dr. via phone. Great experience!

I took one of my kitties to thrive today for the first time and i am so glad i found them! Everyone there is SO nice and they took such good care of my little baby. I was able to book an appt online very easily and once we got there it was super fast (even with all the extra COVID precautions they are taking, which i appreciate). I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

This is my 2nd year doing annual shots for my two dogs at this location. Last year's appt was a breeze and even though there were protective measures in place this year, it was still a super easy process. Latrell was our point of contact and he was so sweet and professional and took his time getting the billing portion squared away. I never felt rushed or anything. Amazing and SAFE service during this COVID-19 pandemic. My grownup baby (12 y/o) was treated carefully. I was able to pay from my car and have him returned to me along with instructions as to how to treat his eyes. Will be returning in the future!

I have a fourteen year old cat who has to go to the vet regularly. Vet bills were killing me at my old vet, and also the techs were never very friendly. Here it feels like they actually care about doing what's best for my girl and me, they're always open about what's involved in certain procedures, and the techs and doctors are some of the friendliest vet staff I've ever met. Also, a dental procedure that would have cost me up to $1,000 at my old vet only cost me around $300 here. 10/10 recommend.

Took great Care of my senior dog. The techs and vet were very friendly and gentle! They are very affordable and I appreciate their generous Saturday hours.
