Everyone here is always so friendly and professional. They always answer all my questions and the price is affordable. Been bringing my fur babies here for over 3 years now.
I have nothing but bad to say since Dr. Jones is no longer there on 1960. This clinic has become the most insensitive and non caring place to take an animal. I was a member for over 3 years. I use to refer people, now I tell people stay away. After the good vet Dr. Jones left they are unable to keep vets for more than 3-5 months.
No empathy, no caring, no customer service. Don’t spend your money there specially if it is raining and your dog is sick.
I had a apt at the 1960 and Eldridge one at 2:15 today we was 12 min. Late (we went to Petco we thought it was in there plus it's raining we are having a tropical storm) and they refused to see our dog because we was 12 min. Late I could not believe they turned my dog away because we was a little late I have never been treated so poorly in my life my dog is 12 yes old and in a lot of pain her gums are bleeding so bad she needs antibiotics we waited two weeks to get into the apt.
