I loved it when I first started. I was seeing Julie Wilcox for two years. I came in for a session and she told me I needed more frequent visits and she couldn’t see me and no one else in the practice could see me. She gave me two half-hearted recommendations that didn’t fit with my schedule at all. I have now been in “crisis mode” (her words) for three months without having anyone to see for counseling. Justin Hall is DANGEROUS to women, POC, members of the LGBTQ+ community, people who are trying to unlearn toxic masculinity, and people with mental illness. During our last session, he made fun of triggers, claimed to understand marginalized people because of his Italian heritage, made fun of people who speak with a southern dialect, said that by setting boundaries, you are being too sensitive and need to learn to just "brush off" those things and "If I let them get to me, that makes me their b*tch". was on hold for 20 mins just to schedule an appointment absolutely ridiculous. I'll call someone else
Charge you money when they shouldn’t. Kept being charged as self pay and charged 65 dollars when i had insurance and scheduled me appointments i didn’t even make. Seems like they did it so I wouldn’t know i had said appointment so they could charge me a cancellation fee 🙄 I won’t be back to this practice. It’s awful.

Cancelled on me with only 2 hours notice
One of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve been to. There is no billing office or anyone that directly deals with billing. Apparently the therapist you see is responsible for billing. On one session for my son we went to his therapist and gave them our insurance card only to be told that because it wasn’t sent in ahead of time we were going to be billed $130 for that one session.
