Terrible service. They change the time of appointments randomly and no way to communicate with them. I had a 7:30 appointment today that was schedule 1 month ago, they sent me an appointment link at 6:59 pm that says it’s for a 7 pm appointment. I checked my email for the link at 7:10 and logged in at 7:11 because I noticed the time change. I logged off at 7:39 as no one answered. They are expensive and don’t really seem to care about their clients. They changed my Dr without notice and now I cannot log into their portal b... read more

Avoid this practice! Long response time, if a response is made. No direct communication to practitioners outside of appointments. For a practice working in mental health, they are highly skilled at being inept.

It's hard to find a therapist, and I liked who I was seeing through Thriveworks, so I'm really disappointed. But the billing and customer service of Thriveworks is sketchy and evasive. They overcharged me by over $500, and it took a lot of time and work to get the refund I was owed. Ironically, it felt like they were trying to gaslight me. They claimed to have changed their prices, but hadn't told me. Tried to blame the therapist for not telling me. I am so disappointed in this company. I scheduled an appointment with a therapist, they charged my account for enrollment 24-hours in advance (as said), but I never received a link to my meeting. I called a few hours before my appointment to let them know that I never received the link. The customer service rep was super nice, but all she could do was message the therapist to "resend" the link (that wasn't in any of my inboxes). This company has charged my husband and I a minimum of $550 more than we should be charged. Thriveworks enrolled me in their subscription plan, even though I never signed the consent form for this service. They have also only sent one invoice to me for the month of October, even though I've been using Thriveworks since July. When I asked billing to send me an itemized list of all the charges they've made on my account, they left out the subscription charges, even though those were the charges I was concerned about. stop canceling appointments. get organized. keep better track of your doctor's schedules and don't double book. hold your doctors to hire standards when it comes to them canceling appointments on patients when you guys charge $100 when a patient misses. I have had five canceled thriveworks appointments this month alone, three last month, and countless the rest of 2021. I am finally throwing in the towel with you guys.

I signed up with Thriveworks in October. Had two Zoom meetings, then today had an appointment but no one showed up. Repeated emails went unanswered, phone # for Support is Disconnected. Wasted an hour, sitting in front of my computer, unable to contact anyone. I called a different # (got it off a website on Google) and Canceled my account. I am concerned about additional charges to my credit card. I have no way to "turn it off". I expressed this to the Rep on the phone. No, I do not recommend Thriveworks... read more

This place is an absolute joke. Absolute worst customer service creating unnecessary problems and therapists ending appointments 20 minutes early or canceling more times than not. I’m horrified this is how a business dealing with mental health treats its patients (PATIENTS NOT CUSTOMERS).
