Luke and his team were very efficient and on point. They were very prompt and willing to do whatever it took to have all questions answered. Luke always took the time to answer all our questions quickly and on time. He explained everything in great lengths. Very detailed and well put. The fact that we didn't have to leave our house for the total loan process, was extremely helpful. I can't think of anything at this time that would make the process go any smoother.
