Luke and his team are great. I first met Luke when I purchased my home. My realtor recommended him. But then a year later he called to say he had been looking at my loan and thought he could lower my payments. I hadn't been thinking of that since I'd only had the place for a year. But Luke talked extensively with me about what he could do. So I said yes. But it took longer to refi than to purchase in the first place. Luke Welling is the first Loan Originator that I have used twice. Not only do I have several properties, and a complicated income structure - this time I wanted to refinance a modular home. I am very impressed with his work, and the loan closed in the time frame that he told me it would. Thank you for a Great Job!! Coming from absolutely no knowledge of buying a home I have to say I did get a little frustrated when it cam to understanding the process. But, I would use Mr. Welling again.
