I would recommend Tim 100% (and have multiple times already!). Tim and his team were amazing! Most people said to me once we found the house, that the hardest apart was still to come but with Tim, there was no stress, he literally took control of everything, kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, reached out if we had questions at odd hours of the day, and never made us feel like we were bothering him with all of our questions. Tim was supportive upfront and guided us through the process. This was our first home purchase. It was a bit confusing for us but the bottom line is Tim can be trusted and was true to his word! He is patient and worked with integrity and character through the whole process. No surprises! When the underwriter began to probe he was honest and supportive. Tim Bargfrede was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects of the lending process. The only thing I could recommend improvement with is the response time to emails/texts. 90% of the time inquiries were answered timely but at other times inquiries sometimes took 24-48 hours for a response and on a couple of occasions our real estate agent had to follow up to get the answer for us.
