Tim was very helpful, kept us informed, got us a good deal, made everything very easy. He made buying a home much easier than expected. We were a little scared going in, but his concern and patience put us at ease and made the process much more relaxing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He made it a very postive experience.
Tim was recommended by my realtors and he met all of my expectations. Tim kept in contact with my realtors to make sure that everything always was on track. We had a short dead line but Tim pulled it off on time. He was always available and stayed in touch perfectly. Even when I got a bit discouraged he found a way to make everything work. It was stressful to say the least but he remained calm and diligent for me and kept me on course. I would recommend him highly.
My wife and I were brand new to the home buying process and jumped in blindly. Tim jumped into the process and really went above and beyond!
