My mother was referred to Tim after the previous bank handling her mortgage waited last minute to deny her loan on closing day after stringing her along the entire process. In a state of complete panic and worried that we would lose the home that we came to adore for my mother, we were referred to Tim on the same day of the denial and was told that Tim was the "saver of loans" and that he would be able to help. As a first time homebuyer I had many of my friends telling me what to expect based on their purchase experience. I have to say that my experience with Tim was pretty much painless. He was very attentive and friendly and alone with a great realtor that we had made the whole experience not so bad. Tim was a much needed calmness during the chaos of home buying. As a first timehome buyer I was overwhelmed and felt pressured by another lender as they spoke to me like a sales person.
