Vandyke Mortgage staff was extremely professional every time I called or they called me. They kept me informed of everything that was going on in my file and was always there to answer my questions no matter the day or time. Also, they made it super easy to send documents back and forth on a secured site. They are truly amazing company! Also, I need to give extra credit to Tim Hart for making everything work out on my house even when I didn't think it would!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Tim Hart on a transaction where I represented the sellers side. He actually ended up working on the loan after another lender was unable to get the deal done. He was extremely communicative at every stage of the process and was able to close the transaction in a very quick timeframe. He had an update for me every week and quickly responded to any emails or voicemails. I was very impressed by their professionalism and would happily recommend him!
