Tim Hart & his team are top notch, exceptional, superb professionalism. They were always sooo attentitive and always available. After being denied right before going to Tim, we had 2 weeks left on our home contract, and we closed right on time! Never a lost communication, although I do have to say I was very very nervous, but Tim was always there reassuring us everything was running smooth. These guys are truly masters of your craft! Tim and his team did an exceptional job, after getting denied that first time with a different lender Tim and his team did their homework and accomplished the mission, it showed their character as professional how much they care about helping out a Veteran that fought for his country. The service was fine and there were no major issues beyond the common scramble that goes with buying a house. And despite some last minute snafus, we closed on time and as promised. Everyone performed as expected and we have no complaints about the service. I would rate the service as better than “just OK,” but saying it rated “great” seems a bit much.

Tim Hart and his team kept me updated weekly on the progress of my loan, they answered any questions I had, when it came to getting the proper documents needed to process the loan they would assist any way they could. Communiation is the most important thing in the mortgage process. Tim kept both my client and myself updated on a weekly basis, and most weeks more often that that. We knew what was happening, what to expect next and were very excited to get the "clear to close" right on schedule.
