After being denied right before going to Tim, we had 2 weeks left on our home contract, and we closed right on time! The service was fine and there were no major issues beyond the common scramble that goes with buying a house. And despite some last minute snafus, we closed on time and as promised. Everyone performed as expected and we have no complaints about the service. I would rate the service as better than “just OK,” but saying it rated “great” seems a bit much.
