Use some common sense. I had the money the whole time. Why make it so difficult. I don't blame Sean for this. He actually did a good job of explaining. The whole process almost discouraged me from buying in SW Florida. It got done but I don't think the pricing was fair. I like Sean. I like the portal. You guys seem to be on the same page with communication and are professional.

Better communication when significant variations to previous discussions occur. Do not send inaccurate requests on a Friday at 5:30pm without discussion. Keeping commitments to return calls. Understand the perspective from the buyer.

At the beginning of the process, the service was great. Tim and his staff kept me well and informed and walked me thru the whole process. We got preapproved, and then we found a property and started the loan process and everything was great. Unfortunately we had to back out of the deal. Within two weeks we found another property and continued the load process. However something changed the second time -our service level dropped and I was the one initiating calls to Van Dyke.
