Closing was delayed twice because Van Dyk did not have papers available, then had to resign everything again because of a Van Dyk error. In addition, I got requests for document already submitted by different associates multiple times. It appears that there was a lack of communication among associates. Having to go back to Old Florida Title to resign in a time of quarantine was unsettling to me and my wife with no phone call from your office as to why a resign was needed.

More underwriting in the beginning, and less in crunch time. Need an accountant to do a financial statement in less then 24 hours during tax season, didn't make me to happy with that additional expense.

We had to beg for information. When my wife and I were asked for info we had to forward info several times before received a confirmation. Loan wasn’t approved until 19 hours before closing. We had to drive over an hour to Naples due to fact we were not supplied amount needed for closing Until after 2pm and closing was 9am next morning. We actually feel the mortgage company should give us some kind of refund.
