Two things were VERY disappointing. First one is the homeowners insurance paperwork requirement of 10 days was never mentioned until I had to get it turned in. In my situation, I had to get wind mitigation and four point inspection (which takes time). That lack of information caused a delay. Second thing was that I wanted to buy down my interest rate and discussed this in person at my initial meeting. Somehow the ball got dropped on that and it will cost me thousands over the life of the loan.

Excellent service, aside from one minor issue, we closed on a FHA loan in less than a month. Tim and his team worked diligently to solve any problems and keep us informed of the situation with our loan.

I felt like it was very disconnected. I was getting email from new people all the time asking for things and never introduced to them, should have a introduction to the team so I would recognize the names. Communication was not easy or good.
