Throughout the process there was a lack of consistent internal communication between Karen, Jonathan and other team members. Multiple occurrences of conflicting information. At times it seemed like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. The final estimate had me bringing about $900 cash to close even though I was rolling all costs into new mortgage. At the closing , no cash was needed??How/why do I get a check for over $1,600 as part of a non cash out refi? Something is not quite right.

I never knew who I was supposed to contact regarding any matter. I was told to pay off certain debts then told I shouldn’t have paid it off. It was just a lot of back and forth.

I told Tim that I needed 20,000 from closing to get a new roof, water and sewer hook up. This is a hardship at this point and not replacing the roof is not an option.
