Tim always listened carefully to my concerns and got back to me right away with answers. He explained the mortgage process in a straightforward way and if he didn't know the answer to my question would put me in touch with the proper person.

My girlfriend and I were recommended to Tim by a family member who has worked with him in the past. Being first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect in this process. Tim helped my stepson buy his first condo and then to refinance with even a better deal. I contacted Tim to inquire about refinancing and the rates were so low, it made sense to move forward. Most everything was done on line and this was a very fast, easy process. Tim was very helpful; he and his team did all the heavy lifting. Easiest refinance I have ever been through! Highly recommend!

Tim was referred to my wife and me by our realtor, who also happens to be family. Tim still managed to exceed our expectations greatly despite the high praise. He is everything you could ask for in a mortgage advisor-thorough, gracious, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced.
