Tim helped my stepson buy his first condo and then to refinance with even a better deal. I contacted Tim to inquire about refinancing and the rates were so low, it made sense to move forward. Most everything was done on line and this was a very fast, easy process. Tim was very helpful; he and his team did all the heavy lifting. Easiest refinance I have ever been through! Highly recommend!

Tim was referred to my wife and me by our realtor, who also happens to be family. Tim still managed to exceed our expectations greatly despite the high praise. He is everything you could ask for in a mortgage advisor-thorough, gracious, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced. So when it came to refinancing our mortgage (just closed today!) we didn’t hesitate to reach right back out to Tim and only Tim. He is the best of the best!

My husband and I just closed on our first home yesterday. New to the process, we were not quite sure how the prices went. Tim walked us through all of our options and explained everything. He is well known in the community and His family is very important to him so he was very understanding of our family’s needs. Tim is exceptional! We’ve now used Tim on 2 home purchases and a refi. The relationship you create with Tim pays dividends over and over again. He is intelligent, extremely responsive, and goes the extra mile for you. I have referred multiple people to Tim and they all had the same type of experience that we had.
