Tim made our refinance experience as painless and efficient as possible, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything was done electronically from the comfort and privacy of our own home. Tim and his staff (Brett and Leslie) were super responsive.
As first time home buyers, we were totally new to the loan process. Tim explained the process clearly and was very responsive to any questions we had. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable. It is for those reasons that we decided to work with Tim.

We explored other options (such as several banks and online providers) but Tim won our business with his ease of access, rates, ability and availability to help us walk through the process, and local knowledge. We're so thankful for Tim and how much easier he made this often stressful process.
Me and my family owe team a great deal of gratitude. Not only was he constantly available to answer all of my questions, but he even continuously checked for me to get a better rate. I closed at a lower rate than I originally was quoted at and it’s all because of Tim. A great person and excellent at his job.
