This is my third refinance with Tim, and the process couldn't have been easier and he and his team super responsive. Tim goes way above and beyond, including the Sunday night before closing and there was a difference between the estimate and closing amounts. Tim worked late into the night making sure that everything got settled for our on-time signing the next morning. Though this is a super busty time for all mortgage lenders, I felt that my loan got rapid, undivided attention.
