As a new Real Estate investor it has been shocking how challenging standard bank process are! Tim and the company was amazing, process was streamlined, technology was perfect and the entire team was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was a perfect and FAST experience. This is my third refinance with Tim, and the process couldn't have been easier and he and his team super responsive. Tim goes way above and beyond, including the Sunday night before closing and there was a difference between the estimate and closing amounts. Tim worked late into the night making sure that everything got settled for our on-time signing the next morning. Though this is a super busty time for all mortgage lenders, I felt that my loan got rapid, undivided attention.

Tim was referred to us by one of our closest friends who is also a very successful real estate agent. I have many positive things to say about working with Tim during our mortgage application process. He's always available to answer any question you might have, (and there are a lot!), very knowledgeable, informative and proactive about what's needed, he's involved in all aspects of the loan, and has a wonderful team of professionals working with him to get it done.
