I have many positive things to say about working with Tim during our mortgage application process. Tim knows his stuff. He even understands how to do financial modelling and what a typical IRR would be for a rental property. If he doesn’t know the answer, he knows people who do and can help. Highly recommended!
Buying a home is such a stressful time. There are so many steps and so much to do. Tim took a complex mortgage process and made it as simple as could be.
