Buying a home is such a stressful time. There are so many steps and so much to do. Tim took a complex mortgage process and made it as simple as could be. I came away really impressed with Tim and his team, especially when comparing them against mortgage providers I've used in the past. They were able to meet a tight deadline for our closing and lock in a better rate than others I talked to in the process. They have an online portal to make it far easier to submit paperwork.
